Varda Consulting is me, Alex.

I’ve been working professionally for 12 years and I cut my teeth in the world of project management in 2012 - a profession that still pays my mortgage. I started consulting after taking a career break in 2021.

I’ve always been interested in how people and businesses work, what processes different companies follow and what learnings can be shared between professionals.

I’m an empathetic listener and a strong collaborator. I try to base any consulting I do on personal experience and underline individual needs in any business decision, reminding people that your approach to your career should be in harmony with your personal goals.

I’m PMP qualified, hold a BA in History and English, and a Masters in Journalism and Media Communications.

The name ‘Varda’ comes from the world of Tolkein where Varda is one of the Valar. I liked the word and felt it suited my approach to consulting.
